Morton Plant Mease Center In Trinity Invites Community to Fall Into Good Health Festival|
Family Fun Health Awareness Event
TRINITY, Fla., (September 11, 2012) – Morton Plant Mease Outpatient Center in Trinity will host the community at its Fall Into Good Health festival on October 12, 2012, from 6- 8:30 p.m., at the Morton Plant Mease Outpatient Center at 2102 Trinity Oaks Blvd, Trinity, FL, 34655.
The free community event will have a variety of free health screenings, health information tables, an “Ask-A-Physician” booth and family-friendly activities including:
-Complimentary food and drinks.
Area elementary school students can participate in a school spirit contest by wearing their school T-shirt to the festival. The elementary school with the most students wearing their school T-shirt or colors will win a snack party.
