January Seminars: Fatigue and Depression

CLEARWATER, Fla., (January 4, 2013) – Morton Plant Mease will present two health seminars geared for older adults that will focus on fatigue and depression while aging. The health seminars will be held at Aging Well Center at the Long Center, 1501 N. Belcher Rd., Clearwater.

Join family medicine specialist Dani Mathew, MD, to learn more about the common causes of fatigue including stress, poor eating habits, hormone imbalances, illness and aging; and how to improve getting a better night’s sleep with changes to dietary needs.

Geriatric Depression

Monday, January 28

2 p.m.

Geriatric psychiatrist Asher Gorelik, MD, will discuss the different forms of major depression, symptoms and signs and physical illness for older adults.
